moduOS and working together.

1. About these terms

These terms describe the conditions for accessing and using ModuOS. They apply alongside any additional terms presented for a specific feature or agreed with your organisation.

If you use moduOS on behalf of an organisation, you should have authority to do so. Review the applicable terms before creating an account or purchasing a plan.

2. Your account

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for notifying support if you suspect unauthorised access.

Do not share verification codes or allow another person to use your account in a way that bypasses workspace permissions.

3. Workspaces and team access

Workspace owners and administrators manage team membership, permissions and settings. They are responsible for ensuring that the people they invite have appropriate access.

Your access to an organisation’s workspace may change when your role or relationship with that organisation changes.

4. Acceptable use

Use moduOS responsibly and respect the rights of other people. Do not use the service to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorised access or distribute unlawful or harmful content.

Respect access controls
Use only the accounts, workspaces and data you are authorised to access.
Respect people and their work
Do not impersonate others, harass users or misuse their content.
Protect the service
Do not disrupt, overload or attempt to compromise the platform.

5. Your content and AI features

You should have the rights and permissions needed to upload and share content. Workspace settings determine who can access it and which connected features can process it.

AI-generated results may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review outputs and their sources before relying on them, sharing them or using them to make a decision.

6. Plans, payments and cancellation

The price, billing cycle, included features and applicable taxes should be shown when you select a paid plan. Your billing settings provide information about the current subscription and available changes.

Review the cancellation and refund conditions presented with your purchase. Any agreed order form or plan-specific terms should be read together with these terms.

7. Service changes and account closure

Features may change as moduOS develops. Access may also need to be restricted to protect users, address misuse or meet applicable obligations.

Before leaving a workspace or closing an account, review the available export options and discuss organisation-owned content with the workspace administrator.

8. Responsibility and disputes

The service terms should explain the responsibilities of each party and how concerns or disputes are handled. Any exclusions or limits are subject to applicable law and any separate agreement with your organisation.

Contact support first if something is not working as expected so the issue can be understood and addressed.

9. Changes and questions

The date at the top of this page identifies this version. Changes to the terms should be communicated as required by the applicable agreement and law.

If you have a question about these terms, contact the moduOS support team before using the relevant feature or service.
